Chicken Nugget is all time kids’ favourite dish. I know nothing will be left on the plate once I place it on the table with some ketchup. I tried to make heart shaped nuggets but they look more like the triangles. It is so easy to make and the best part is they are so crispy yummy!
Chicken Nuggets: (4 servings)
500 gm boneless Chicken- cut in small pieces
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp butter milk
1 1/2 cup cracker biscuit crumb
Oil for frying
Add chicken, salt, pepper and butter milk in the food professor. Roughly blend until the chicken is minced and the ingredients are combined together.
Form into desirable shape with your hands.
Roll in cracker crumb.
Heat oil in the pan over the medium heat and fry the nuggets until golden brown and cook.
Serve with some fresh vegetable and ketchup or your favourite sauce.

What a wonderful website! I love the commentary as well as the recipes. I will have to try some of these at home. My son would love these nuggets, they are a favorite of his (especially with the ketchup!)

When I was younger I liked to dip mine in honey- now I might opt for the tang of mustard, or honey mustard if I’m feeling wild!

Beautifully done. They look just like the ones from a fast food restaurant but you can feel better about eating these ones because you know all the ingredients.

That’s a neat idea! I would have never thought to mince the chicken. My fella loves chicken nuggets. I can easily see myself making these for him. 😀
I’ve never tried making chicken nuggets with by grinding your own chicken. It sounds really unique and tasty. Definitely on my list of future things to try from your recipes.
Hey, while chicken nuggets are not generally healthy, I give you a pat on the back. Those nuggets are made with identifiable, good pieces of the chicken and with no chemicals or preservatives. I am so glad you make your own chicken nuggets, because then you can make something tasty for Yaseen that is still completely natural. Ohh, and they look delicious! I’m glad to read your comment on my post that you are trying to eat healthier. There are a lot of places where it’s easier to eat whole grains. You could cover the chicken in whole grain panko or whole grain cracker crumbs–once fried, Yaseen would never know the difference! Have a good day!

Looks delicious… even though i haven’t technically been a kid anymore for awhile i have always found nuggets to be one of my favorite comfort foods 🙂
When I want to have simple breakfast, I eat nuggets, looks so yummy.
Nuggets taste perfect even are eaten along with rice only, well perhaps add them with chili sauce
